Dr. Sachin Joshi is an Engineering Graduate in Polymers and holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Technology, with more than 25 years of experience in the development and manufacturing of high-performance polymer-based paints and coatings for demanding engineering applications.

Over the course of his career, he has worked closely with several multinational organizations to develop customized coating solutions addressing specific and critical technical requirements. Through indigenous R&D and innovation, he has successfully developed cost-effective, high-performance alternatives to imported coating technologies for sensitive and specialized applications.

His pioneering work in sustainable coating technologies has resulted in the grant of international patents and recognition within the coatings industry. He has presented technical papers at international conferences across the globe and has also been recognized with a Best Paper Presentation Award at an international corrosion conference.

As a first-generation entrepreneur, Dr. Sachin leads and manages a manufacturing facility for high-performance paints and coatings located in the industrial area of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. His entrepreneurial journey combines strong technical expertise, hands-on R&D experience, manufacturing capabilities, and a commitment to developing sustainable coating technologies.

Dr. Sachin is also an experienced technical consultant who has worked with numerous organizations, providing specialized consultancy, training, and practical solutions for painting and coating operations, surface protection, corrosion control, and sustainable coating technologies.

His professional focus is on bridging the gap between advanced coating technology, industrial performance, sustainability, and cost-effective implementation.
