Thermosetting Polymer.
Formed with single polymer system.
Does not fulfill all the properties needed for anticorrosion performance.
Calls for multilayer painting with much higher DFT to achieve desired results.

Grafted Copolymer.
Formed by synergizing properties of four polymers.
Fulfills all the performance properties needed for ideal anticorrosion coating.
Does not require multilayer coating and desired performance is achieved at much lower DFT.

Two Pack system.
Mixing of two components is must and is critical.
Performance depends on proper mixing.

Single Pack system.
Does not require mixing operation: Ready to use system.
Can be used directly from container.

Calls for skill manpower to supervise weighing & mixing accuracy.    

No weighing operation. Performance does not depend on skill of manpower.

Pot life is critical. To be used within specific time after mixing two components.

Higher pot life. Can be used up to six months after opening tin.

Heavy wastage as it cannot be used after extended pot life period.
